Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Stripe Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the service are offered under paid subscription tiers. By signing up for a paid tier, you authorize us to charge subscription fees periodically on a recurring basis.

We use Stripe, Inc. as our third-party billing and payment processing provider. By submitting payment details, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and authorize Stripe to store and charge your payment method.

All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly set forth in these terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal through your organization settings.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or related networks.
• Using the communication modules (SMS/SMTP) to transmit spam, harassment, or abusive content.
• Exceeding plan limitations (e.g. employee or customer count caps) established by your tier.

4. Intellectual Property

The service, including its original content, design, code, graphics, and logo, is and will remain the exclusive property of Crew Table and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crew Table, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your access to or use of the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Crew Table operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
